Well, I did it. I finally placed my order today for a DG/auto/nav/prem/sport/aero. I was offered MSRP and I took it. Was treated very well and was told 60-90 day arrival time, which is perfect because the winter will be over by then.

What has the average wait time been for everyone else (not including those orders placed before production release because they obviously took longer since the cars weren't out yet!).

i placed my order on November 14th, the car hit the streets on nov. 4th i believe, at least here in michigan, my car wont be here till april, because its the 6MT model and my dealership can only order 2 of those per month, so i was 5th in-line to get one, meaning i have to wait till the 3rd month till they actually send the order out to japan (february) so it will be here 2 months after that, april
confusing? sure is, im not a patient person either

I ordered my car back on November and just received it last week. It was a 2 month waiting period. My dealer here in KC can usually get thier cars in about 2 months(5AT/6MT). BTW........my dealer has a DG/6MT/NAV/Bose/Areo/Premium for sale.

I ordered my car in late November for hoping that I could get it in the December order period for dealers. They didn't have allocation for it though. It was ordered for sure (I got the order slip) in January order period. Therefore, it will be built in February and delivered in Late March.

2003 coupe 6MT blue premium aero (on order)

 

I know this doesn't count as I preordered last winter. The dealers order for mine went in to Infiniti Canada the beginning of October when they started taking orders and my 6 Mt arrived Dec. 21. I know some people got theirs about 3 weeks quicker than that, depending on location. Auto coupes hit Canada first but manuals hit the US first.

 

i went to the dealer today and they have one coming this week. i didn't place any order but, when it comes in if i want it i can get it. i wasn't too fond of black/willow because i wanted white/willow, but after seeing the black today sitting in the corner. i said what the hell i might have to try it out. i have to see it in person. i'm still not sure if i should rush in get it just yet. it's loaded with everything but, nav. i wanted that too but that is like a 3 to 4 month wait.

 

i went on the infiniti web site and used there search for 150 mi. radius,and found blk/blb,aero preium,nav,wheels for 400 below msrp.called that day put deposit on credit card,picked up credit union check (pre aproved) and the car next day. there was at least 50 coupes in area . had to drive 1.5 hrs to get it though, but had nav to get me back
