Headlight assembly
Sorry if this is in the wrong forum, did not know where else to put it.
But
Ok i just got my new 8500 K philips bulbs for my coupe. I was wondering if anybody has every changed the headlights or fog lights. How do i get to the back real easy to change the bulbs? ANYBODY thanks

Dude it's mad hard. Search for it here and in freshalloy.com, this topic has been discussed a lot. I believe somebody made a DIY with pics, too.
The bulbs you got, are they for your Xenon headlights? Because just so ya know, 8500K is such a high temperature, that you actually lose a lot of light. =(

Dude i tried a search i came up empty, if you can do it and find it let me know.
The bulbs i have are to replace my stock HID bulbs. and sorry its 8000k not 8500k. And not necesarilly will i loose light because i will adjust the head lights to get more road after the install.
I got both bulbs for 260 shipped including tax from a Phillips dealer, if you want let me know.

It was never easy the first try to change the bulbs. Well...what i've done was when i worked on the left side, i turned the wheel all the way to the right. It was recommended that u jack up the car...but i found out jacking up is even more difficult of a task...for me. So i did it without jacking it up. However, try go FAQs then u should be able to find a thread that got the steps on how to remove the plastic thing and get to the headlight assembly. Good luck.

no way, i have to take out the plastic part around the wheel. THERE has to be an easier way. imma figure it out and post it in FAQs thanks
