Paint Peeling Covered by Warranty?

Paint Peeling Covered by Warranty?
I searched to see if I could find something regarding this...
Well im putting gas, and i look to the fender right next to the mirror and i see a crack. Im thinking the car is dirty, i look closer it looks like the paint is lifted and crack. Ive had the car for a week and 1/2. So of course im pissed, no one has hit the car or anything. wondering if this is covered by all the "warranty" given to us?
btw its an 06 i bought new.
