As for your girlfriend ... well lets just say i had a friend who drove a 350Z and his girlfriend thought he had a porche. So she was wayyy offf yours can at least recognize the car

The only thing similar to this that you can get out of you camera on the spot is called "color accent" most canon's do it. It lets you pick one color and all else goes black and white. Here is an example of one of my "color accent" pictures:
