dealership and loaner

I've never gotten work done from my dealer before but I have some warranty issues now and the 30k service. Was about to take my car however just wanted to know, if the person who drops off the car is not the owner of the vehicle, can he/she still pick up a loaner?

Thanks.

yes, as long as the person has driver license and insurance card for the car that he/she dropped off.
