Sport tuned is how Infiniti defined the coupe suspension, all 03/04 car's have just one suspension regardless of transmission or option level's. In fact any production coupe delivered with oem 17 and 18 inch wheels regardless of build year has the same regular suspension. This is NOT to be confused with a 05/06 car that has a sport suspension as defined by having been delivered with oem 19" tires and wheels. A 05/06 coupe delivered on oem 17 or 18" wheels of course does not have the sport suspension, but the same regular suspension as all 03/04 car do.
Regular coupe suspension: 314/342 spring rates (any 03-06 car delivered on oem 17" or 18" wheels)
Sport suspension: 314/427 spring rates, stiffer shocks, and stiffer front sway bar. (any 05/06 car delivered on oem 19" wheels)
