Well, I'm not going to call these rice, but I believe one of the definition of rice is Putting something on your Japanese car that doesn't belong there but found on other makes is considered ricey. So, what b00stedjustin means is that since this was found on M3's and putting it on Our cars, it's ricey. It's like putting on Lambo doors, Halos around the headlights, etc. Like I said, I'm not calling these ricey mods, but I'm not calling them nice looking either, until I actually see it in person.
