18.0 and 18.5 Rear wheels

I have stock 18's on coupe. I hear the front are 18 inches wide and rear 18.5. I have to change my rears do to damage and have an extra 18.0 wheels. Can I put these in the rear with a 245/45-18 (Yes they fit fine) and leave the front with 225/45-18? I know it will fit, but will it look stupid or having the rears with 245 wouldnt tell a dif?

Thanks for input

The wheel is not 18 inches wide, the rim is 18 inches in diameter. I'm not sure where you heard 18.5 inches for the rear wheels, but they are 18 inches according to the tire size of the OEM PilotSports(it's printed right on the sidewall of the tire). It's unsafe to mount an 18 inch tire on an 18.5 inch rim or vice versa, and no reputable tire/rim shop would intentionally mount such a mismatched configuration. Most tire manufacturers spec pages will actually have a warning against mounting a smaller diameter tire on a larger rim.

If you are putting on aftermarket rims, you'll want to make sure the lug pattern and length are the same and backspacing/offset is compatible with the Brembo calipers so that the rims don't hit the calipers. You will probably also want to check to see if these new rear rims that you are planning on using have mounts for the TPS(Tire Pressure Sensors) so that your tire pressure warning doesn't constantly beep.

I hope I understood what you were trying to say correctly, because your post was somewhat confusing.

The stock coupe 18's are all the same size. 18x8 all around. 245/45R and 225/45F are the stock sizes so of course they will work.

Im Sorry, What I Meant 8 Inches Wide In Front And 8.5 In Rear. If I Put The 8 Inch Wide In The Rear With A Bigger Tire (245) And (225) In The Fron Will It Look Stupid?
