It's the small things that really make a difference to me. I ordered a front license plate mount from stillen about 30 minutes ago, 6 PM. I just got a phone call from them letting me know it wouldn't be shipped tonight and it would go out first thing in the morning.

In no way did I expect it to be shipped tonight but the fact that they took time to make sure I was informed of the status like that is pretty impressive.

 

i cant justify paying that much for what you get. but i do agree thats good c/s

I tried to buy the one that was being sold in the forum a while back, PMed the guy but he never got back to me (speaking of c/s ). Been getting the feeling that a ticket for no front plate is on the way so I had to get a bracket. This was the first one that came to mind.

 

I wish we all could get treated like human beings when we have a problem or servise issue.!!
