My coupe is about 1 month old. Shortly after I picked up the car I noticed a slight creaking sound that comes from the area where driver side visor is mounted. It is only audible if I don't turn the stereo on. It is rare but still annoying. Is it a known issue or am I the only one having this problem? I've heard people complain about rattle and squeak in the doors but this not the case for me (luckily).

 

If it's more of a buzzing sound than it is a very well known issue. Try searching for the rear view mirror. I have buzzing on rough roads, and as soon as I hold the rear view mirror, the buzzing stops. Good luck and enjoy.

 

Our cars have quite a bit of rattles. You could take it apart and use something like glue or silicon to try and make it a tighter fit. Someone did that before, there should be a how to on the forum, try searching.

they will give you a new mirror, i got a new mirror for my 03... but I think since you have the 06, you probably have the newest model.

 

i fixed my mirror but its not coming form there its from the visor and cant find it
