Up until "track day" the Brembo's had just been for show.
I had a S2000 driver say. "man you guys sure can go deep".
If you do this on a regular basis I would advise taking a course and getting a set of track tires, my S03's were great, but they took a beating.

chops, what was the occasion at the track, im from talladega, i live in birmingham now, which is about 30 mins away, i would have gone if i had known, damn that sucks, my uncle is owns the construction company that does all the work at the superspeedway, he and mike helton (the pres of nascar)are friends, im trying to get access to the superspeedway, now that would be awesome! let me know when you come back this way.

I actually went to the drag a couple nights ago... here are some shots my friends took...
Since I'm new at racing on the drag strip, my best time was a 14.6...

tig488, a local perfomance shop owner (atlanta) rented the track for the day. We (me & rugratcoupe) met him at a local Z show. There were only 15 slots available. It was really awesome to just get in your car and go out on the track when you felt like it.
If we can get enough G people together maybe we could rent the track for a day.
