Has anyone made adjustment to the headlight aim? If so, how?

 

My driver's side headlight needed to be aimed down. I took it to the dealer to adjust. They did it, but it's still aimed too high – so I'm taking it back to be adjusted more. The manual recommended to take it to the dealer. Usually a headlight adjustment is pretty simple, but I did what the manual recommended.
