Going in the shop: get grounding cables?

Going in the shop: get grounding cables?

5at with a lot of bolt on mods... I'm goign to put a different exhaust and test pipes on. should I slap a set of those on as well? Or not?

uhh what brand? are you 5at or 6mt?

what guage will the wires be? how many? 6? 8? 10?

from hours and hours of reading i got that they only help 5at (if at all)
