need help from the people in socal

NEED help..!!
i want my headlight to be just like the pic
i have ordered the demon eye yesterday but i cannot find anyone to install the demon eye and paint my headlight...!!
do you guys know any autoshop or anyone in socal who can do it for me?

Got some spray paint and paint it yourself.
