"RacingHART Type C4
Silver
Forged Wheels
2 piece
4x100 and 4x114.3
19"x7.5" +43 PERFECT FITMENT
215.35/19 Nitto NeoGen (90% tread)"
my question was the "19x7.5".. when looking at other rims they usually say 19x8.5 and 9.5... the +43.. i dont know what that means, if its like adjusting and would...? forgive my ignorance; if anyone can give me some input, it would be apprecitated.. thanks

The tire widths are to small. The stock 18's on a G coupe has wider tires. The ones you are looking at are 215's and they are not staggered. Most aftermarket rims will come with 245's in the front and 275's in the rear. If you put those on your car (assuming the bolt pattern works for a g) they will look really awkward.

No they will not fit.
+43 if the offset, depening on the design of the wheel, most peiople get in the +20's
