Re: Service at cerritos infiniti ??

My sales experience there was OK. But the service my opinion is horrible. Of course I've had worse but I would not recommend their service dept. I am currenly driving to Costa Mesa Infiniti and so far they have been better. I have also heard good things about Mission Viejo Infiniti and Tustin Infiniti but I don't know if they are close to you. Costa Mesa is already a bit of a drive for me. If you do go to Cerritos I would recommend paying close attention to your car and keeping the reapirs light. If you need more info PM me. Peace.

Cerritos Infiniti had nice sales ppl, but the service place looked pretty sloppy. Monclair was real good, I bought my car at Miller, service was pretty good there, disappointed at the license plate drilled holes tho..

I wanted to ask, if you bought ur car at one dealership, can you only get it serviced at tht dealership? Miller Infiniti is in Van Nuys like 50 miles from where I live.. ><

Re: Service and Dealership!

Hey guys, it's good to know where to get a good service for our G35c. So far, i haven't had to get one for our car. Thanks for sharing those info. If anyone have some other experiences w/ their own service place, please let us know. On a brief note, i would just like to share my buying experience w/ Parkway Infinti in Valencia. They didn't treat me well. We (me and wife) just love the car so much that we cant wait to get our G. And they're the only one to have the G we want. On the day we were there, they asked me to go home while waiting to get approved for loan, they said it will take an hour. I then suggested to them that i'll wait and stay around. I was even more insulted when they told me that no one will take my loan (i have a good credit and high score). While driving home, they called me that i was approved, to no surprise, it was a low rate. In a way, it was a kind of trap, after we agreed on terms, the next day they said it will be delivered and after they appraised our trade in vehicle (actually seeing it) and be picked up (internet sales pick up and deliver cars), they asked me to meet their sales agent to a third party Mitsub. dealership to have it appraised again. I felt like i wasnt trusted enough and they couldnt hold their own business needing another appraiser. We put enough efforts in getting that car that it's hard to let the oppurtunity pass so we can buy it. We just thought we'd share this, might want to think about buyng there esp. if you have a trade in. We're happy w/ the car, just not w/ the dealership!

Dragon, you can take your car where ever you like for service, remember it's America. Of course you'll still be hounded and hassled by the Dealer you got your G from to come back for service at that location but you are under no obligation too. Do what I did and find a dealer that treats you like a human and not a dollar sign. Peace.
