LOL, the same thing happened to me. You can pop it out. I took the bumper off and took it to the carpeted living room. I put on some sock and stood on the concaved side of the bumper. You can't tell the difference, but theres a little spider web in the paint though.

No, I did it on my own. I really thought about using a hammer, but didn't want to make matters worse with a bad swing. I decided to put my body weight on it at one time using my heel. I wouldn't pay no more than $200 to fix it. A brand new unpainted bumper is about $250 and probably about $100 to paint.
