its not that diffucult, i saw the bodyshop i went to do it, except they used professional equipment. But take the bumper off, make sure u handle it with care, put it on a carpeted or protected flooring, pop that b1tch out!! Use like a wood plank and a sledge hammer lmao

Use someone like Bumper Medic. Shouldn't cost more than $300.

please use a dead blow hammer if you don't have the proper tools, it will be tough just using your hand on this deant. Get the alarm that has shock sensors with pager. I am not to good at the alarm but I hink you can fig it out.

No, I did it on my own. I really thought about using a hammer, but didn't want to make matters worse with a bad swing. I decided to put my body weight on it at one time using my heel. I wouldn't pay no more than $200 to fix it. A brand new unpainted bumper is about $250 and probably about $100 to paint.
