if there is rasp... its very slight to a point where you dont really notice it. But the growl and the deep tone cover it up.

I guess with the 5hp that i loose i make up for it in weight...so i think i will feel the same gains..correct?
Go back and read that guy's response. 7 lbs wont make a significant difference. On a side note. Isn't fujitsubo manufacturer of the Nismo exhaust systems? It may be worth more bragging rights to you if you can say that you have a true JDM test pipe rather than some ****ty american one.

if you are looking for the better look exhaust go for Fujitsubo, cause i think it's looks better since it has the titanium tips.

You can get the fujitsubo in titaniam for $1900...i dont think its worth it honestly.

You loose more than 7 pounds...the stillen weighs around 65-70 pounds from what i remember, thats about 20 pounds difference. Also, i would be loosing 20 pounds as well as 5HP. So all in all i think i would be traded for sound because the performance would not change. Think of it this way the stillen has 5 more horses but weighs 20 extra pounds so those 5 horses have to work to move 20 pounds. While the fujitsubo weighs 20 less pounds and the 5horses it looses makes up for the 20 pounds it drops....get what im saying??

I guess what im saying is i want to silence the sound of test pipes without loosing any power. So with the fujitsubo i would be loosing 5HP but i would be making up for it in weight. So i need something that will not be loud and also not loose any HP.

your exhaust should have warmed up by now so it should not be as loud as you think

I'd really be surprised if you gaining all that HP from your Stillen exhaust. 12hp? Okaay, if they say so.

I've got a Fujitsubo so obviously I'd say go with a Fuji for the loss in weight. I think overall gains from either exhaust is exaggerated.

At this point it's just what sounds better and weighs less. The choice is yours.

I still don't get why the weight loss of 7-8lbs would be siginificant for daily driven car. I would be more concerned with keeping my gas tank at 1/4 mark then thinking what weight savings i can get from swaping pipes.

I think the exhaust note alone with fuji and tp is worth the swap.

HAHA you dont think 12hp from a cat back exhaust is possible?? this is pretty dumb im running 14.0 with exhaust, intake, and spacer. Not many AT gs out there running 14.2 with those mods.

What type of tuning did you do with S-AFC? Did you lean anything out or added?

I know from my experience tuning my Prelude with VAFC i had a tough time adding fuel but it was easier to lean it out.

why don't you just keep your exhaust as is and not get the test pipes?
