I recently completed the dealership questionnaire for Infiniti, and sent it in. On second thought, I am surprised that they bragged how consumer-friendly they are, but I don't have any info from Infiniti about
a) web-based customer support for owners
b) e-mail-based customer support for owners
c) 800 number customer support for owners

Does anyone have any info on how to reach Infiniti for answers to questions that the dealers can't handle (e.g., when will center armrests be available for the G35sc 6MT)?

I would think that surely Infiniti can afford to have a password-protected website, available only to registered users, that would have FAQs similar to what computer & software manufacturers have, etc., etc.....

Sounds like the questionare was from/for your dealership and not infiniti as an automobile manufacturer.
There is a helpline and i know someone here has called it a few times, about that armrest that they said will be available in Feb. i believe. So i hope someone can post that 800 number for us That would be greaaaaaaaaat, yeaaaaaaaah
