Same here. Of all the exhaust sound clips posted here...http://www.everything350z.com/exhaust.html, I like the sound of the 5zigen the most. But I'm suspicious of the brand quality...it's so inexpensive, and the 5zigen website isn't all that professional looking. I haven't heard enough feedback on it. I'd be interested to hear opinions and comments on this one.

As far as the HKS, I love the "burnt" Titanium tips (esp perfect with an Athens Blue coupe!!!!), but it's too raspy for me. I'd like to find an exhaust with the blue tips that has less rasp. I saw the Meghan with Titanium tips in person and I liked the sound, but I haven't heard much about that brand either. Any comments about that one?

It's sad when the general consensus on an exhaust is that it sounds "nice". It would sound "nice" on a Mustang, not a 35k+ luxury touring car.

If you think that sounds nice, you should have bought a 350Z.

so because you dont like it everyone else doesnt have a clue? if this car is soo luxurious and just a "touring car".. then why are u modding it yourself? To each their own and if you dont like it. thats your opinion. Myself, i love having a $35k+ luxury SPORTS car and having a sick sounding exhaust that sounds like a $100k import car.. So id rather not have a clue.. thanks for your imput anyways

love the hks. for hks owners, how different is the sound compare to the stock one? a lot of members are saying that those vids doesn't do justice at all. I'm asking because the stock raspy sound, i love .

 

hmmm- I wonder if the low fidelity of the clips and/or recording devices aren't picking up the low end coming from the exhaust that would make it sound sweeter and less raspy. The Greddy seems to have quite a bit more bottom to it and it could be the larger resonater, but I'd like to hear the Hks in person before i really pass judgement. Defininitely looks great...very hi tech

69-74, Hawaii is great, but shipping is a biaatcchhhh. and its expensive to live here, oh well its one of the price to pay to live in "paradise".
