agreed...use a hair dryer/ heat gun and when its starting to give just peel it off. Use Goo Gone if needed to clean up any left over residue.

I hate those damn things. I normally have them take them off before I leave. Sometimes dealers will "detail" your car before you leave and when they come back the car has a gay dealership sticker on it. Sneeky bastards. I didn't pay $35,000 to advertise. Sorry venting, but one of my pet peeves.

hairdryer is the answer & patience peeling, I would not use a finger nail as it could scatch.
Another question. Why do people leave their dealer advertising on their car with those stupid looking plate frames. First hairdry off the decal, then throw away the plate frame & spend $20.00 on a strait new one. IMO.

Definitely get that stupid sticker off there as soon as possible. Fortunately it is located in a spot where sun fading is likely to be minimized... but the longer it is on there, the more likely it will be that a mark will be left on the paint where it was. You should be fine though if you just peel it off now and work the glue residue(goo) until it's gone. Personally I'd just use my finger until that goo crap is gone since the sticker area is soo small... but Goo-gone is supposed to work wonders, although i've heard it's not good for the paint. Make sure you slap a quick coat of wax on the area after you remove the sticker from, especially if you use any kind of chemical to get the goo off.
For future reference, next time you buy a vehicle new... make sure to demand that there be no stickers on the car.
