Golf Clubs

Anybody know if a bag of golf clubs comfortably fits in the trunk of the coupe. What about 2 bags. I know the diagram in the trunk shows how to get 2 bags in but has anyone tried this. I'm looking to purchase a coupe but need to know this first.

Re: Golf Clubs

Well, it kinda depends on which golf bag you have. The best thing would be to take your bags to the nearest dealership (or to someone you know you has a coupe) and see if your bags fit or not. Unless you have one of those supersized golf bags, two should fit just fine.

Damn, golf. I feel so rich going to a golf course, but I have no idea how to golf. They look at me weird seeing Im 16, so I don't go around there much anyway. I stick to the tennis courts. =)

Re: Golf Clubs

I can only fit 1 set in my trunk. And I have to take my driver out of my bag and put it in seperately.

Re: Golf Clubs

I can get 1 set in the trunk without too much of a problem, but for two I find it easier just to lay down the back seat and lay them in side by side lengthwise with the car.

Re: Golf Clubs

I can fit two bags but I need to take out the driver and three wood. It does depend on what size golf bag you got.

Re: Golf Clubs

I've got the Czervic bag, I can't put it in my car because the keg leaks when it is laid on its side. Then the radio and TV get screwed up.
But honestly, have Chesterfield bring the clubs around to the CC with the Rolls.

Re: Golf Clubs

I have a midsize cart bag that I had trouble getting into the trunk even after taking out the driver and 3 wood. I finally just lowered the back seat instead of wrestling with it. I do think you could get two carry bags in there the way the diagram shows it.

Re: Golf Clubs

I can only fit one bag in my trunk. But to do even that, I have to take my driver and 3 wood out of my bag and lay them separately in the trunk, otherwise one wouldn't even fit. Our trunk space sucks, but that is not the reason we bought this car. As long as you can get yourself to the course, then nothing else matters!

Re: Golf Clubs

I have gotten 2 bags, but it was with quite a bit of work. That is after removing the driver and 3 wood. I even had to take out the driver and 3 to fit just one bag in. There again, like veryone says, it depends on the bag.
