1997 nissan pathfinder.... it was a good car with everything i needed... only extra thing i have in the G is navi but the stock navi sucks anyways...

 

We got the G35 for our son. His previous ride was a 86 300ZX turbo that he got when he was only 10 yrs old. My sister bought a new car so she gave my son her 300zx.

 

1997 Grand Am > 2003 Grand Am GT > G35

I still have both previous cars. I think I am keeping the 1997 to use as a winter beater, since it will be cheaper to fix and insure for a year than to get winter tires and rims for the G.

 

from 89 Mercedes 560SEL then a 2000 Ford Focus and then my first new car - the 06 G35 coupe!

 

2006 911 C2S Cabrio, preceded by a 2006 Z06, preceded by a 2005 NSX, preceded by a 2004 NSX (wrecked by my dealer), preceded by a 2003 S2000.

The cars have steadily been getting more practical and affordable; I've got a 2-year old and aging grandparents to haul around. I always loved the look of the G coupe. A recent hospital stay by one of the grandparents and the ensuing fiasco of trying to get them home in the 997 sealed its fate.

Mazda Millenia S (Supercharged 2.3L Piece of Crap)

I hated that car, it leaked every type of fluid possible, from battery acid, radiator fluid, transmission fluid, to gasoline. Almost got me killed on the freeway a couple of times because of unexplained complete enginje shut down. (that POS had no mods) Uneven tire wear, and the worst possibly dealership experience from 3 separate Mazda dealerships.

Sold my 2003 BMW M3 SMG for my G35. The G is a MUCH better daily driver.

My M3 ran a best of 13.3 at 106mph stock
My C6's best run is 11.8 at 120 with N20. I run mid 12's stock.

I want to sell the C6 for a Z06!!!! I need more money damn it!
