Gran Turismo 4 has it and it looks VERY nice. It has the 2003-2004 wheels though. The exhaust note is not accurate, it kind of sounds like the 280Z and NOT the G. Maybe GT5 will have accurate exhaust notes.

The Need For Speed series does an awesome job capturing exhaust notes and engine sounds in general. I don't have NFS Carbon yet, but the G35 in NFSU2 sounds pretty realistic as do all of the other cars in that game as well as in NFS Most Wanted(No G35 in Most Wanted, unfortunately).

grand turismo has every single car in the game in actual form when they record the sounds, it might not sound like it, but they were recorded in real life.
also NFS carbon has the G35 and it does not look good at all. It seems like they just converted the G from most wanted and did not improve on the models, plus all the body kits are ridiculous.

Gran Turismo HD has what I'm sure is the best to date reproduction of the G35... ever. Even the porky weight transfer is there, as well as the understeer (though it isn't bad... just like real life! W0w, the future is now!)
but Gran turismo 4 is a close second.
