wai...but if you had another choice of exhaust systems...i would go with Injen... it just looks better to me and sounds better....but thats just me

 

has anyone heard anything about the top speed pro-1 exhaust?

 

Ive got the Injen TrackEdition exhaust right now. It sounds nothing like stock! Im soon replacing it with the Fast Intentions Intimidator system though. The gains on the FI system are better, customer service is top notch and the price is right! Jump on the FI. Dont be like me and go through two different systems. Make the right decision the first time and get the FI.

 

Injen SES for me. Quality at a decent price.

 

ive been debating between injen ti and fast intentions. ive ruled injen ti out and bumped hks back into my choices. so now its between hks and fast intentions. right now im leaning towards hks because its cheaper, looks way better (imo), and sounds sick too.

not to say that fast intentions isnt great. its right behind hks. nothing is for sure yet. fast intentions has a very subtle look to it. not what im looking for.

my vote is still for hks. but if you dont want that then i suggest fast intentions.

after i heard 98intrigue's sound clips i fell in love with hks. i love how it just screams!

besides, i decided to get an OEM lip instead of the kuruma z front. we'll be different in that aspect

 

Okay good cuz I am going to eventually get the Kuruma Z front.

 

^^i just figured that if i scraped with my nismo front (which isnt THAT low) that i paid 600ish for (including paint) then imma scrape with a kuruma z front (which is super low) which would cost around 1k after paint

i was so pissed after scraping my nismo, i dont know how pissed i would be if i scraped with a 1k bumper

 

Are you saying the the FI exhaust is more expensive than the HKS? That wouldn't make much sense. How would a company like FI expect to grow market share by pricing higher than a market leader like HKS? I like the FI exhaust. I would definitely consider buying it if I didn't already have my HKS. I would, however, expect to pay at least a couple of hundred dollars less for the FI.

 

That's the thing. HKS has a rich racing tradition and has been in the import scene for a while. They have always built quality products too. There is literally not much you can say against HKS except it's price. But if you have the money, it's hard to argue against it. I only had to hear and see it once before I loved it and ordered it the very next day. I'm sure the FI exhaust is a quality product also but they are a new company that doesn't have the background that HKS does. Simply said, HKS is the shiznit.
