g35 vs m3

My friend just wrecked his prelude and is thinking about getting a 97ish m3 and i know if he gets one he is gona want to run me i have an 03 coupe 6mt who do you think would win that race stock for stock

It would be a driver's race. That year M has less claimed crank HP but does dyno close to the same as the G and it's lighter.
