I have not seen ANY Infiniti dealer with lower prices on genuine Nissan parts than Chad. Not Grubbs. Not Performance. Not Scottsdale. Not Sewell. Not Gwinnett. I have purchased parts from all of those dealers and have nothing negative to say about any of them. Unfortunately, their pricing is considerably higher on most of the parts I've purchased which is why Chad gets all my business. It's also a bonus that I live 40 miles from Riverside Infiniti and get my parts next day. All businesses experience lapses in customer service. A company's reputation is built not only on how great their service is when things are good, but also on their level of service recovery when someone drops the ball. Chad is training an assistant to help ease the growing pains of the business. He's also a new father. I would expect that very shortly things will be back to normal. Now, if only the admins would reinstate his sponsorship we could all save some $$$.

I bought a set of 19" OEM Rays wheels from Chad a while back, they were brand new and perfect as advertised, and the price was right.

Chad is a straight up guy, he has been nothing but helpful in my situation with the defective 06 headlights. He shipped out a replacement quickly and he will definitely have my business again.

Chad is a great guy to deal with. I have purchased several items from him over the past 6 months. His prices are incredibly low. Excellent service. I would refer him to anyone!!!!

Thanks for all the complements guys. I try to do my best to help out fellow g35 drivers with parts and such. it does get a bit overwhelming sometimes with the requests everyone has but i try my hardest to get everyone taken care of. if anyone would like to take the ball on starting the gb on the floormats (carpet or all weather).

the all weathers are that rubbery material mats with ridges in them for trapping water and mud when the vehicle corners and is on an incline or decline. They are very nice.
