My Kinetix A-arms. Are they about to break???

Ok so here's information I received from Kinetix and they said apparently the bend in the arm was caused by "installation error" because they're upside down..but..
in this thread where install was done by an Infiniti dealership, the grease caps are facing up, so the a-arms are installed the same side up as mine..

I dont think this company ever made anything that didnt break or f*ck up the car.

Well i've been corresponding with a Kinetix rep. via email and he's been getting back to me very promptly. Kinetix insists that these bends were caused by installation error but nevertheless, they are going to send me a brand new replacement set of A-arms free of charge and they asked me to let you all know of their willingness to honor the warranty, even on installer-error damaged parts..
you might be getting a new set, but If I were you I would not install them, get a quality set, going cheap on parts for your car is not worth risking your life for.

"Those arms are indeed upside
down. If you look at the flat plate where the ball joint connects.
The
cylinder the ball joint threads into is welded at an angle. It should
be
pointing down towards the ground. The arms in the picture have the
ball
joint cylinder pointed up. The arm is tilted down, but the ball joint
is
pointed "up" in reference to that flat plate."
"I am almost 100% positive those grease caps were in the right spot , we
make
sure they only go on the underside of the arm, that is how we oriient
them
for packing as well!!
We make sure those grease caps are facing the right way.
However, if the arms are upside down, they will be bend back under
trying
to create the necessary clearance. This will then "look" as though the
ball
joint is pointed down, however this is most likely because they got
bent
that way.
