On the 19" package front wheels are 8" wide and rear wheels are 8.5" wide. If I use a 17" or 18" is not a significant issue if I use 8" front and back? Or perhaps 8" front and 9" back.

I just want to make sure this doesn't cause any issue. Of course, I will maintain a vertical stagger.

 

tire size determines stagger. Rim width is just part of it.
