trying to install philips 6,000K lights... but not sure what to do at this point....
looks like a clip for a flathead on the left side of the metal peice.. but don't want to break anything.
or does the whole thing pull out??

i searched for seriously about an hour on here and 6mt (where i normally post) but couldn't find anything about this... thanks!

 

Twist that silver metal box counterclockwise.

 

yea..what he said. Just twist it and it should pop off. The green wire...the area under the metal box where it connects to also slides off with some effort. Just make sure to put it back on or your lights won't come on.(its a ground wire)

yeah i cant figure out how to get the light back in with this metal pinch clip thing........
