just had to post because its something we do..... So the other night i was driving to my girls house w/ my girl and a 350z pulls up to me (so i think kool, the g's lil bro), so i look over at the 2 people in the car (later to find out stupid teens), and im looking at them to try and throw a thumbs up, and they are just sticking side by side w/ me for about a min (so i knew they wanted to race and i just finished watching fast and the furious 3) so i look over at my girl and say "im going to play w/ them", the guy i know was waiting for this, so i hit it, i pull ahead quick and he follows but doesnt catch up (10 seconds tops), i dont like street racing and my girl is in my car, so i slow down and try again w/ a thumbs up and its just a 2 teen boys trying to act hard, only thing i could tell is that he had exhaust, but w/e..... i guess its these dumb teens that make people lose respect for others cars... oh well, just had to let off my chest... btw i live in SoCal San fernando valley woodland hills area to be specific

EDIT: just to make sure im not trying to advocate street racing, it was just to play w/ them, did not take it far and it should not be taken to the streets

 

lol i dont condone street racing but i know how the adrenaine rush kicks in when ur next to a Z or G haha...and yah we need to ALL show some respect 2 fellow drivers =-)

how is he being ignorant? maybe he doesnt want to race and he just wants to cruise around? you said he was beside you so he wasnt tailgating you, or showing any signs he wanted to actually race. he probably just wanted to cruise around with some other nice cars.

i know this will sound weird, and to answer the question i am only 18 (i know im about to get flamed but w/e), and to explain, im persian w/ a huge family and nothing but older cousins and an older brother, so i have been hanging around people that are a lot more mature than i am or people my age, so i have never really felt my age and i know its kind of hypocritical for me to say that a young person is immature even though i am and then again any age person could be immature or mature, i would like to think i am mature but thats not my decision to make, but yeah i have my reasons for having my car and mommy and daddy did HELP but help is key word, anyways i just wanted to let my story out


and to show that he did want to race and its important and i left it out.... he was side by side for about a 1 min while reving a few times, they did look over but were not trying to answer the thumbs up, but THAT is how i knew they wanted to race, and i answered i guess for the 10 seconds but i would never street race w/ my girl in my car
