NAVI upgrade

Does any one have the new 6.5 copy for the 2003 navi system? or any one knwo where i can get a copy without paying the $$$$ at Zenrin?

Been looking on EBAY version 6.5 not available. Does any one have it available? or know anyone that can get me a copy?
