what is entailed?must i remove the entire door panel to removbe the sideview mirror?is there another way?

 

yes you got to remove interior door panel to get off your side mirrors =0)

 

ok..is there anyway to remove the base of the mirror cover by itself?on the bottom side where is swivels..are there screw holes or bolts holding the cover on the base?

 

no the mirror has to come off, before your able to remove that part, plus you need to to take the whole mirror apart and glass out, to acess the wires to remove that part =9( not easy, becarful removing the glass, i have seen the breakl b4, i am the one who made the custom led mirrors, so i have ha dmine apart many times.
