door light question!

ok, ive had my car for 2 years (04 Coupe). on my drivers door, there are four buttons: drivers window, passanger window, lock/unlock and window lock. ever since off the lot, the light for the window lock never worked, so i assumed that it came that way. now it came to my attention whether or not that bulb is defective all this time. shed some light, someone? keep in mind that i bought this car new, and assumed that everything is the way it is supposed to be.

haha...no worries...i think it was a really old thread...and i doubt there are many threads on this...so yeh

i think the thread that im talking about started b/c someone asked if they could add a light there to make it illuninate...i think everyone agreed that anything is possible but it would be difficult and definitely not worth the time.
