well apparently it was designed after a boat so that is why it handles like that

I've heard no on HKS.
Injen track edition exhaust yes, but it will hit the RAS servo.

I think looking under the car is pretty easy...but if you have 03-05 then you do NOT have RAS. On any 06 there will be a "RAS" cut-out on the dash but when you turn the key on and if it doesn't light up....then you dont have RAS....like me

LOL you will be able to look at the bottom of your car and tell provided it doesn't do more than a half flip and lands back on all 4 wheels.

Actually, this may be partially true. I am not sure how this system works, but I know that some RAS systems will either turn the rear wheels in the same direction or the opposite direction as the front wheels depending on driving conditions. If the rear wheels turn in the same direction as the front, then this imparts a translation component to your direction of travel instead of a just a rotation about some point located at the center point of the curve you are following. This translation component reduces the the moment force acting along the length of the car that wants to make it lean.
Even if they turn in opposite directions body lean will still be reduced some what because part this imparts a rotation about a point that is somewhere on the centerline of the car (along its length). This type of rotation also does not cause body lean.

From my 06 Owners Manual:

'The Rear Active Steer (RAS) system is an electronically controlled four-wheel steering system.

The angle of the rear wheels are adjusted by the RAS system, depending on the vehicles speed and steering angle. The rear wheels are designed to turn momentarily in the opposite direction and then change to the same direction as the front wheels.

At low speeds, the rear wheels will not turn and the system functions as a two-wheel steering system.
