helpp.. installing spacer

When installing the new spacer on plenum, am I supposed to place it over the stock gasket?

yes, place it over the stock gasket and then place the new one on top then put the upper plenum on that. Make sure not to get the oil filler rubber caught in between the spacer and the upper plenum.
