It's pretty hard to argue with the dealership especially after you mentioned that you altered the headlights with aftermarket products. Cause for them to repair it, they have to write up a form and send it in to get approved at the HQ and when they see that it was altered outside of the dealership they will deny the funds for the repair. Same goes with anything that you change suspension, exhaust system, transmission, and engine. I know this is an extreme but it's kind of like you blew your engine because you overboosted your engine with a TT kit. And then you try to bring it in saying that the block was bad. They are not going to warrant that, they will continue to ask you to pay out of your pocket. There is no way around it. At the same time, you seem to be asking them to make an exception for you this one time, this will bring up another problem for the dealership to where they now have to make expections for everyone else that has Headlight aftermarket problems.

What to do??? Help Plese
I assuming he is talking about the ballast? When you changed your current set did you do it yourself or did you have someone else do it? They might've needed to change some pieces for the aftermarket blubs to work properly.

So the end result.

I got everything replaced for free. I got a new module and the bulb. I tricked a guy by telling him that that was original bulb that was burned and he did not charge me for the bulb they replaced. The down side is that one of my bulbs burns blue and other white. So now I need to purchase another 6k bulb.
Here is the q: Can I blame Inf. for burning my bulb with that defected module?

And another q......How come sound system in 04 sedan that I was driving is better then in my COUPE??? WTF? Base is much more louder and it's overall better. Base in my car starts kicking in at about 20 (volume) In the sedan it's good volume on all levels.
Is it something I can have them to take a look at or that is just how it is?

Do you ever add anything of value to posts aside from "thats all rice, rice rice rice"?

Anyways, I'm glad it worked out for you JOKER. Just buy yourself a new bulb
