Exclamation Problem with front turn signal - help...

The other night I noticed my front turn signal is not working when my headlights or parking lights are on.

HOWEVER...

When I turn that side's signal on, it works...

I should mention that I have it wired to the corner signal (the clear side marker on the bumper).

WTF is going on???

Why wouldn't it work under normal lighting conditions and work when signaling??? ...obviously the bulb is fine...

Hmmm... Thanks.

In that case, does anyone know the type of bulb that housing accepts?
