Dark maroon takes my vote! It keeps it classy, and sporty and looks black at night. (i'm talking a DARK maroon)

This guy had a sweet midnite blue or something. Hope chimes in. He was there at the Meguiar's G35driver day.

color color

Well, they said, they were going to paint the door jams and all the other little things but no engine bay, so i think i might as well as go with a stock color diamond gryp but with a lil some extra ! METALIC something a little diffrent !

If it were me.... I would have them do some crazy layers of clear coat... like 10 layers... make the car look like glass... i think you can put metalic flakes in the clear coat also.

It may also be cool to put in a little dab of black paint into the clear cloat, so that its like a dark clear coat.. might be a cool effect might not.

Im always considering doing a flat dark grey, like they did the audi tt in. zero metaliz. just that flat grey... i love that color on the tt... i thnk the g might look cool with that too..

flat brown... like a burberry brown woudl be really cool i think. thats a risky one though cause you dont want your car to look like a terd.

anyway those are the colors i would consider....

you can always pay a little extra to have them paint the engine bay... for 24k they prolly already have the engine out so it shouldnt be that much money.

I wouldn't do it if they say its "free"

Tell them to give you a discount, and take your paint work somewhere else. If you're gonna get a quality paintjob, you're gonna expect to spend $5000 for what you want.

yeah, you dont wanna end up with an "ambassador paint service" job..... that cheapo package from maaco or wherever...... if you're havin all that work done, you're gonna want the paint to look like it just came off the assembly line

It sounds like you don't want to roll around like the kid who wants lambo doors on his car. I'd say go for the stockish silver and toss some flake in it
