i just got my vanity plates in RI and i had to go pik my plates up and turn in the old ones and i can go back to old plates when they expire or i can renew them

when i got mine...i turned in my plate...they gave me my vanity plate...and gave me exact same stickers that was on my old plate.....so i walked out with all i needed to bolt on and be legal!!
