Interesting. I don't think I'd use spray paint - I'd go powder coat for durability.

Also, the red trim he did was really uneven IMO. In order for me to entertain it, it would have to look OEM.

And yeah, you'll likely get busted for not using the right forum. LOL..

 

thats ghetto......but I guess if I had an evo i would want the look...but would actually get the real deal...and not something that I made with spray paint...nice use of flash cards though...LOL and also I think he messed up because you can tell there are smear black marks on his "red lip"

to be honest, if i had the OEM 19's and my car wasn't a lease, i would do that, it would look great, or just take it to a shop have it powdercoated, but still, black with a red lip, it would look sexy on a black G, and unique, all you see are black OEM 19s, with the polished lip, nothing different, but a red lip would be unique, and you wouldn't have to fork out all that cash for Volks, and with the money you save, you can get some performance mods. JMO.

 

Yeah, the volks time attacks are just to much cash..Its just gets to a point to where you're like is it really worth spending 3k for rims..
