So...

Im on my way home from the gym... I have an 04 6mt stock. I am making a U Turn and I see a nice blue G behind me. I dont really get on it but speed up to 55-65 mph. I was thinking "damn his car got up really quick".. So he passes me and it just looks like a tastefully done G. Blue, with Brembos, dropped with black wheels.
I pulled behind him and went to catch up besides him. I got the nose of my car to his back wheels and then I noticed the gauges.. At that time, he noticed me and took off. My car felt like it was standing still. Its an odd feeling getting passed by someone in 3rd gear while they are breaking loose and going sideways..

I finally catch up with him and talked with him for a minute. APS TT tuned at a local shop. Sick car....

I was actually going to trade my car in on an 07 automatic. Drop it, put on a kit and wheels and leave it be. I didnt think our cars had much performance potential.. Well, I think he changed my mind..

Yeah, I have spoken to the owner there (Steve?) and he told me APS is the way to go. I just thought the prices were way too high, may be later...

I wish i was FI... too much money though =-( I wouldve done it but i got paranoid with my motor having 53xxx miles on it and didnt want to pay for a rebuild if worse came to worse

 

yah FI is amazing except you lose all your warranty

how do all of you go FI with knowing your warranty is gone once you do that??
