i wonder if randy does retrofits...hmm...i know he does angel/demon eyes etc
Yeah... I would recommend Larry aka "LittoDevil" at HIDplanet.com. I had s2k projectors in my old car.... His work looks like oem headlights. Also does great custom work.

I would say do the retro.... get it right the first time. The 06 projectors are crap compared to s2ks, tls, and so on...

Man do I miss these projectors

Uhm, I dont know what youre talking about, but the 06 Bi-xenon Projectors for the coupe and 350Z have very good output. Just because they dont have that super sharp cutoff like the S2K or TSX, doesnt mean they are crap. They have a soft cutoff due to their fresnel lense, but in no way are crap. I know for sure my projectors are way better in output compared to BMW 5/7 series, Audi A4's.

I would highly recommend that you read up in hidforum. In your situation, I would just buy some 06 lights and be done with it. You don't need 4 projectors, especially if you're short on cash.

I drove my friends TSX back from the bar the other night because he was loaded from drinking too much. Those headlights have a rediculously fine cutoff line... but I honestly didn't find them to be THAT much brighter than the lights on my '04 G Coupe.

I would agree with that. I judge projectors based on sharpness/brightness/and wideness of the beam pattern. The TSX has a sharp cutoff, is wide, but not very bright. S2000 has all of the three qualities.

Exactly... I put my friends s2k projectors next to my 06 projectors and his just dominate mine in every category.

Its all about preference. S2k's arent the most colorful (although still puts out a good amount of color) but are very bright... havent heard of anything else wider and brighter in its category... besides Ls430 projectors .... Just imagine lighting up a 5 line highway from side to side

If we were to retrofit an 06 headlight I guess the TL bixenons are your best bet if you want to keep your highbeams.

I have a video of LittoDevil showing off his custom Bixenon Ls430 clear lens projector
