AEM and nismo have had bypass valves for their CAI's out for over 3 years now. If you are worried about hydrolock, by a bypass valve. it's that simple. You get only half the power you get with a CAI when you go short ram.

that model is an older model thats why its that cost...their new filter is different design from that one...i also had one of the top secret intakes and found the quality to be good, but claims overrated

I Had A Cai With A Bypass, I Loved The Sound And Power But I Hated The Having Hydrolocking On My Mind, Plus I Want To Have An Easy In Out Instal Without Removing My Wheels Again
