Another MPG post - Mine is better than I thought!

I drove from San Diego to Los Angeles this morning. I filled up before and after, 4.85 gallons for 112 miles = approx. 23 MPG. I am pleasantly surprised. I'm a spirited driver, going 80-100 MPH (mostly 85-90), very light traffic at 4am on I-5. I used to get only 18 (city) - 20 (freeway) MPG considering this is a lowered 03 coupe, AT, with intake, plenum, spacer, header, exhausts, and 20" wheels/tires. I know this is reharshed topic but I was just too happy not to share. I just recently cleaned my MAF sensor, wondered if that made a difference. What's your MPG with your particular setup? What about you guys with turbo and SC, what's your MPG for freeway and city? Just curious.
