If u can tell me the difference with perfectly surfaced strait highway and autobahn i will consider my act as idiotic. I will tell u one difference, autbahn has cars around, this highway, which i did that "idiotic act", did not.

But this guy is a douche regardless.

No need to leave the family with bills when you have a job and life insurance, 401k and pension plans+investment.
All that will go to your family.
its never stupid to die like that, you would never know the real story behind it.
there might be some crazy a-- want to tailgate you and never let you go, so you have to speed up to ditch them but you lost control of the vehicle and crashed.

Poor girlfriend for dating the loser and then getting killed by him. Double whammy for the girl herself and her family.

Looks like the car had some mods to it too... does anyone know if he was a member of any of our G message boards? I see some sort of cone intake and what appears to be a Gialla grille laying on top of what is left of the hood and roof.

Seeing stuff like this kinda makes me understand why some dads are soo protective of their daughters and the guys they date.

It is scary to see the roof cave in like it did here. This is the second one I have seen. The other one was a member of this forum; silver, S/C, BBK and Rims. As much as people believe the G is a rock. These pictures show that it should not be driven at that speed.

i used to be stationed in hawaii, and know that freeway. the roads there are already pretty bad, but they are terrible in the rain. oh, and in hawaii, there's no such thing as dead spots as far as traffic is concerned. there's always someone driving, all the time.

The autobahn was constructed better and can because it is thicker it can withstand more vehicular and climate punishment. It is also better maintained than any US highway. This means there is much more of a chance for uneven pavement, potholes, and cracks in the US highway. Also driving on the Autobahn requires a liscense that is much more rigorous than a US drivers liscense.

And to your statement that the highway was wide open at 5Am and this justifies doing 150mph, I was driving 65 at 4 am on a wide open highway and a deer ran out in front of me. Luckily I was able to slow down to 40 before hitting it. If I had been doing 100 I'm quite positive that I would have been killed. But what am I talking about? Nothing bad happens on an open, straight road at 4 or 5 in the morning.
