I too have a laser red coupe and am a guy. I have only seen one other lr and it was driven by a guy.

Red is THE classic color for sports cars. Think Ferrari, classic Corvettes, MGs, AC Cobras...red was the color to have. It's not a "girlie" thing at all...

My '03 G35C's Diamond Graphite, but my first car, a '65 MGB (back in 1969 when I was 17) was red.

Red is hot...

 

I'm a girl. I have Laser Red. Think about it this way, if girls like red and you're a guy with a red car, isn't that a good thing?

-edit- i've always had black cars, got really sick of the swirl marks and always trying to keep it pretty. wastes too much time, and frankly, i'd rather spend more time w/the lady friends than w/my Fing vehicle. don't get me wrong, i love the car, but i don't need another pain in the ***. the red is great, and once again, most women do like it. someone said classic race cars are red...yes...red indeed. silver/grey, to me = volvo, audi, accord, civic, etc...

to me,no matter what color is it,the car still looks good and no matter who driving it, he/she still look good in the car...

 

Like it was mentioned B4...RED IS THE OFFICIAL Sport car color....Make no Mistake!!!

All this silver is a fad...I feel.....I mean no offense color is just opinion and taste...but to call a red sports car "girlie" is str8 up DUMB....like mentioned before Ferrari....i mean come on...give it up to the Red coupes.....Red is HOT especially sittin on Chrome like mine.......
And like the lady said....if the ladies like it...then how can it be a bad thing.....

BTW: I hate silver (no offence guys) its just boring....foil is silver, unpainted metal is silver, I'd much rather stand out with red than just blend in with the silver fad ......

I don't think there's any guy in this country that wouldn't want to own a Red sports car, at any time in his life. I have one of the "pre-historic" VIN numbers which just happens to be Red. Red is what I set out for, and ended up with. Got lucky on the first try.

I think the red looks great on the G coupe. It's a "loud" color though, and I wanted a more low-key look so I got Diamond Graphite.

Basically I think red and black are "statement colors" on sports cars. Red says "hot" and black says "bad". Other colors are "quieter".

The Red is Hot! and thats why they use it in advertising, it catches the eye.

My "G" is my entertainment between the time I am an "employee" and the time I have to be a Daddy. (commute)
