Need some help! Got new tranny today

Hey guys, i got a new 6spd transmission put in my 03 g35 coupe and when i picked it up my transmission feels great but my clutch feels so loose, i almost stalled like 3 times coming home because its not stiff like it used to be, the dealership said they replaced the clutch plate but i have yet to talk to them about my loose clutch since picking it up. Is this a normal issue with a new transmission? Do i need a new clutch? Will the dealership cover the cost if i do?

if you have a 06 tanny, then you prolly have a 06 clutch as well...

and the 05 and 06 clutches are a lot lighter (looser) then the 03 04s
