I am going to take a wild guess and assume that "DFW" is Dallas Fort Worth area? Maybe one of the members near you has an Unorthodox pulley or is familiar with them and you could compare in person. Or maybe there is a shop nearby that might have an Unorthodox in stock. That's probably the best bet.

although this is already worrisome:
"No steel sleeve on the crank pulley = oil seal making a groove in the aluminum pulley = oil leaks."

I found this one, it doesn't seem to have any steel sleeve either. Can you elaborate Jeff92se?

my camera cant focus good enough...but it says:

When installing the crankshaft pulley lightly coat the inner bore of the new pulley with anti-seize compound and tighten the crankshaft pulley bolt. then it says to make sure that the crank snout edges has no burrs, if no burrs are present pulley will slip on easily and seat properly. If the pulley is tight then clean crank snout.

Is this normal when installing something like this?

Yeah, I don't know about that. That's just what Jeff said, and we'll see if anyone elaborates on that.

You can't tell from that view. You need the other side of the pulley. The other is the side that rides on the crank pulley oil seal.

what do you mean? Elaborate for me? Are these the correct belts?

Gates K060445 for Alternator power steering and water pump belt (45 1/4" or 1150mm)

Gates K040353 Air Conditioning belt (35 7/8" or 910mm)
