i ordered a g35 two and a hlaf month ago and have been waiting andwaiting for it to come in... dealer keepssayin back order. is this normal? anybody else have this happen?

 

I ordered first week of september, and the guy said mid november. Now they say mid december..

I'm pretty upset too, but what can you do.

Personally I'm gonna try to get as much crap from them for free as possible.. Not so much in terms of free oil changes and junk (plan on doing it myself), but in terms of mats/car cover/whatever else I can get out of them.

The wait for an ordered G coupe is about 3 months......factory to delivery.
I ordered in late July and took delivery end of October.

 

rule of thumb is 3 months. it can be almost 4 if you just missed order day and the order isn't placed until the next month.

order day is usually sometime in the 1st week of the month.

if you order on order day, it is about 3 months to east coast, about 2 1/2 to west coast.

wiz... go for it. don't forget the wheel locks, cargo net...

You might want to check some other threads on this subject. I recall seeing some other posts about November deliveries being delayed.
